Marc is the keeper of the Eye of Itsryther, it is rumored that the Eye bestows upon its holder the ability to see visions of the future and the ability to alter the course of history to achieve those visions. As our Visionary Leader it is only fitting that our Chief Ninja possess such a power. Marc brings almost ½ a century of experience in all things IT, he was a member of the NY Oracle SWAT Team (NYC Financials Practice) for database troubleshooting in the US having helped companies from mom and pop to Fortune 100. He has led large scale teams in the dot.com space and worked with other visionaries like Frank Erbrich of UPS.com fame.
Marc was an individual contributor to the cash counting system for the original TBTA and NBC’s Oracle Media Archives, he served as the chief architect for Skoresheet’s (USSSA) mobile little league scoring application, revamping the CT DRS Data Warehouse (improving performance 12x), and he led the VA’s Agile Center of Excellence Team. Marc’s broad-based experience in architecture, databases,networking, and programming gives him a thorough understanding of the tasks at hand and the ability to create an effective action plan.
Marc is a keen out of the box thinker, always looking for creative ways to solve complex solutions. HTP is the result of this effort as Marc brings his vision, and the collective talents of his executive team to a new level. Marc is an initiator, motivator, and mentor to his team, peers, and clients.
Matt is the keeper of the HTP sacred dojo. Some say that this sacred dojo contains the collective knowledge of centuries. Master Savoy shields the dojo with unparallelled wisdom and courage. Matthew W Savoy, CPA, has almost two decades of experience in financial accounting and reporting both with start-up and private-equity backed companies.
Holding a B.A. in Religion from Baylor University and a B.S./M.S. in Accounting from the University of North Texas, Matthew has used this unique combination of education first in public accounting, and then to serve as a financial advisor and guide working with everything from medical professionals and charities to billion-dollar companies owned by private-equity groups. Matthew founded Savoy Works Solutions LLC to further build his community, where he works for many local entrepreneurs and small businesses in accounting, tax and organizational planning.
Mike is the keeper of the sacred flame, it was rumored that the Flame of Asinogoovil bestowed upon the keeper the collective knowledge of the ancients and the wisdom of the gods. Master Heckman has tamed the flame, and possesses the deepest level of expertise in its use. Mike has been working in the IT Industry for three decades as a software engineer and system/network/database administrator. For the past two decades, Mike has been working primarily in the Healthcare Industry and has developed many platforms and services to facilitate the interoperability of patient and business data between appropriate parties. Mike was also a DevSecOps coach that demonstrated and instructed software engineers on how to automate their CI/CD pipelines.
Chris is the keeper of the sacred blade of Felintoot, it is rumored that he who wields the blade can cut thru the toughest armor, and gains insight into the weakness of his foe. Sensei Yorgensen possesses the ability to see the weakness in a system, focus on it and discover immediate and long lasting solutions that reinforce the foundation.
Working in the IT Industry for over two decades and holding a B.S. in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University, Chris has spent much of his time in the industry being a database administrator, a system administrator, and a programmer. Chris's expertise has been pivotal in managing diverse database environments across various platforms, contributing to projects that have generated billions in revenue. His journey from conceptualization to planning, through infrastructure design and development, underscores a career rich with achievements and innovation.
