HTP Consulting in Florida has 12 IT staff
The specific services we offer cover IT and all related infrastructure issues, like Cloud Configuration, Disaster Recovery, implementation, and backup reviews, Network Security/VPN, Restore and Failover Testing, etc.
Project Management
The project team is divided into functional groups, which include networking, help desk, cyber security and development, with a senior team lead for each. We run daily stand ups and have production meetings Monday through Friday.

We adhere to SOC2 compliance, require all employees to update their passwords every 90 days and use multi-factor authentication on all accounts. With the exception of public web site addresses, we do not use public IDs and require VPN connection to cloud systems. All laptops have corporate managed anti-virus. We secure email using advanced attachment analysis, encryption, anti-phishing, inbound, outbound and gray mail protection.

Incidents are prioritized appropriately; reported risk activities are handled as soon as they are received and anything deemed high risk is given priority.
Interface Approach
The interface will be NinjaOne Help Desk and tickets can be submitted by phone or email. On our help desk portal we offer support in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Greek and Korean.
